Yes, telehealth appointments are available for patients who have been physically seen by the doctor in the past 12 months (except for COVID-positive patients). Book via HotDoc or call 02 4816 1500. If you have not been seen in the past 12 months, you can book a privately billed telehealth appointment and pay prior to the consult. Telehealth appointments are available during normal clinic hours. A non-attendance fee applies if you miss an appointment without notice. This is $40 for GP appointments and either $100 or the cost of the appointment for specialist appointments.
Fees vary depending on the doctor and patient type. Patients with a valid Medicare card are eligible for bulk-billed standard GP appointments. Non-standard appointments (such as long consults, forms, procedures, medical assessments, and workers' compensation) may incur private fees. Private patient fees are displayed at reception, and a full list of fees is available on request. Our specialists privately bill and charge fees. DVA Gold card holders may be bulk billed. DVA White card holders seeing a specialist will still be charged. Some specialists offer concession rates for pension card holders.

Home Visits may be available for regular patients within an 8km radius of the practice where clincally appropriate and at the discretion of the GP. Home Visits are not available for emergencies.

Prescription renewals require a consultation with your GP and cannot be processed via email or fax. Please ensure you allow enough time before your prescription runs out, as same-day appointments may not always be available.
