Dr Hasibul Haque MBBS, FRACP, Clin Dip PallMed, Geriatrician
Dr Hasibul Haque is a qualified Geriatrician. He has been working in the field of Geriatrics for more than 10 years. He was trained in different hospitals in Canberra and Sydney including Canberra Hospital, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, and Concord General Repatriation Hospital. He works both in public and private settings in Canberra and he admits patients in Canberra Hospital, National Capital Private Hospital, Calvary John James Private Hospital, and Calvary Bruce Private Hospital.
Areas of interest: comprehensive geriatrics assessment, polypharmacy, memory and cognitive assessment, osteoporosis, falls, capacity assessment, end of life care in elderly. He consults monthly on a Sunday.
Dr Muhammad Choudhry, FRACP, Geriatrician
Dr. Choudhry is a geriatrician based out of the Health Hub. He offers nursing home and home visits to frail patients. His special interests include comprehensive geriatric assessments, polypharmacy, memory impariment and falls assessment.
He practices in public and private settings in Canberra Hospital.
Dr Choudhry consults monthly. Patients must be 65 years of age or older.
Dr Jayanti Dutta MBBS, FRACP
Dr Dutta earned her medical degree from the University of Adelaide. Following her studies, she completed her specialist training in Geriatrics at Canberra Health Services. She further honed her expertise by undertaking a fellowship in pain medicine, solidifying her commitment to addressing the complex needs of older adults experiencing chronic pain.
Currently, Dr Dutta holds a public appointment at North Canberra Hospital. Additionally, she provides private consultations on a monthly basis at the Goulburn Health Hub, offering accessible and specialised care to the local community. Her dual appointments allow her to serve a broad range of patients, applying her unique blend of geriatric and pain management expertise in both public and private settings.
