The Medical Centre and Specialist Centre is the heart of the Goulburn Health Hub. Our staff pride themselves on providing patients with top-class care, time, and attention. Patients enjoy visiting our light, spacious, and aesthetically designed rooms within our state-of-the-art facility.
Our GPs work independently and offer bulk billing for DVA patients, pension card holders, healthcare card holders, and children under 16. Private patient fees can be found here.
– All of our GPs bulk bill ALL patients (except for procedures and some medical licence approvals).
– Dr Jennifer St Croix, Dr Aravinda Pradeep and Dr Waqas Khan consult full-time. Their interests include chronic disease management, women’s health, and skin cancer.
– Dr Saeid Tahmasebi consults on Wednesday afternoons, Thursdays and Fridays, with interests in men’s health, pediatrics, mental health, and family general practice.
– Dr Claire Cupitt consults on varying days and provides locum services to rural towns in Western NSW. Her special interests include acupuncture, chronic pain, skin checks, paediatrics, women’s health, and IUD insertion.
– Dr Janet Ninio runs a skin cancer clinic and has over 30 years of experience. She bulk bills pensioners for consults.
– Dr Asma Zia consults Tuesday to Friday
-Dr Sima Ghaffari – consulting Wednesay to Friday with interest in women’s and children’s health.

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Bookings: Appointments can be made over the phone or online via our website: goulburnhealthhub.com.
On-the-day appointments: Reserved for existing patients. Walk-ins are accommodated based on availability.
Emergencies: We reserve appointments on the day for urgent appointments but we recommend calling 000 or making your way to the Goulburn Base Hospital in a true emergency.
Telehealth appointments are available for patients who have been physically seen by one of our GPs in the past 12 months. COVID-positive patients may access telehealth even without a prior visit.
If you have not been seen in the past 12 months, you can book a privately billed telehealth appointment and pay prior to the consult.
Telehealth appointments are available during normal clinic hours.
Bookings: Call 4816 1500 or book online via HotDoc or our website.
Some doctors bulk bill, while others mix bill. Pensioners, healthcare card holders, and children under 16 are bulk billed by all GPs.
Fees are payable at the time of consultation. Billing policies are displayed at reception.
Non-attendance fees: A fee applies if you miss an appointment without notice. After two missed appointments, a $100 deposit is required for future bookings.
Test Results: Your doctor will advise when your results are expected and whether a follow-up appointment is required. Please make an appointment to discuss your results unless your doctor has advised otherwise.
Reminder system: Register to receive reminders for health services appropriate to your care. You may opt out of receiving reminders at any time.
