Dr Yu-Tang Shen consults weekly via telehealth. He is a psychiatrist who practices in Sydney and holds a position as a Staff Specialist at the St Vincent’s Hospital and at the Prince of Wales Hospital. He has a special interest in Old Age Psychiatry and has done advanced training in this area. He is able to provide assistance with Psychiatric assessment - for mood, anxiety, psychosis, cognitive symptoms, PTSD and grief/loss as well as Treatment recommendations including medications and psychological interventions. He can see patients over the age of 15 years 9 months.
Dr. Essam Sarhan, MD, PhD, ACT, MBBS, FRANZCP, Psychiatrist
Dr Essam Sarhan, is a Consultant Psychiatrist with extensive experience in Adult Mental Health ( Acute Stress Disorder, Grief, Adjustment Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD,OCD, Depression Spectrum, Bipolar Affective Disorder and Schizophrenia Spectrum) and an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. He can see patients over the age of 16 years.
Dr. Shahrzad Alizadegan, MD, FRANZCP, Psychiatrist
Shahrzad is a general adult psychiatrist. She completed medical doctorate followed by specialist training in psychiatry in Iran. She was granted fellowship of psychiatry by the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatry in 2015.
Shahrzad is interested in working with adults who need support for treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Psychotic Disorders, Perinatal Mental Health Problems and IVF Bereavement.
Dr Russell Hoyle, MBBS GDipADAS FRANZCP, Psychiatrist
Dr Hoyle is available for telehealth consultations including low- and no-gap services for those undergoing financial hardship. Dr Hoyle has worked in a range of public and private settings in over 30 years of psychiatric practice and is available for consultation with patients experiencing psychiatric illness across the breadth of diagnostic classification. Telehealth work necessarily prohibits treating individuals with severe acute illness and Dr Hoyle is presently only available to see male patients due to restrictions imposed by AHPRA in the context of investigations surrounding an allegation made by a previous patient.
Dr Rory Hutchinson, FRANZCP (Child Cert) MBBS BSc AICSM, Child Psychiatrist
Dr Rory Hutchinson is a psychiatrist who specializes in child and adolescent psychiatry. He earned his medical degree from Imperial College London in 2012 and has been practicing in Australia since 2016.
Dr. Hutchinson adopts a holistic approach in assessing his patient's condition, ensuring that he understands their experiences before developing a comprehensive treatment plan and strategies. This treatment plan may involve medical investigations, psychotherapy and medication management.
Dr. Hutchinson's areas of expertise include Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), mood disorders and anxiety disorders. He consults via telehealth for children aged 10 years and above.
Linda Muir, Registered Psychologist
Linda works with individuals and couples from 16 years to 65 and upwards to support and facilitate their treatment and recovery across a range of psychological issues including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, personality vulnerabilities, grief and loss, eating disorders, drug and alcohol problems, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders and relationship issues. She uses EMDR to assist patients for trauma processing.
Her approach is eclectic and tailored to the needs of each specific client/couple. There are many reasons individuals and couples seek treatment and all are treated with respect, compassion and empathy.
Nisrin Kheir, Child Clinical Psychologist
Nisrin Kheir is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults. Nisrin’s skills and knowledge lie in the assessment of and treatment of mental health problems and disorders. She has a special interest in child & adolescent psychology and trauma therapy.
